Coastal Trail Young Adult Patrol

Young adult patrollers (YAP) must maintain the same training and responsibilities and develop the same skill set as all other members of the patrol. The NBP YAP Program is not a labor program. Each local YAP Program operates in compliance with applicable federal, state, and local laws and school district policies and procedures relating to youths volunteering their time to participate in patrolling activities and provide emergency care and response services.
